[NJARC] More on Radio Shack

I went to the local Radio Shack store today, the one by me that was not
closing.

The part I was looking to buy was out of stock.

I asked the guy there when it might be back in stock.  He said that none of
the stores would be receiving ANY deliveries of ANY parts in the
foreseeable future while they worked out the reorganization of the company.

Doesn't sound good.

The "other shoe" to drop was that for all the joking about Radio Shack
becoming nothing more than a glorified cell phone store, I have been
thinking about getting a new cell phone.  The carrier's web site had a
seemingly great sale, but the deal was "in store only" and this Radio Shack
was listed as one of their stores.  The poor guy there didn't even have a
cell phone in stock to try to sell me. I almost felt sorry for him.

But if anyone sees a 1.5 - 3.0 volt piezo buzzer in stock at their local
RS, please let me know.
