[NJARC] LEADER SIGNAL GENERATOR LSG-17

I need service information to repair my signal generator.  I have the user
manual but need the service manual and help in identifying the following IC
parts: EHM 823G18 and EHM20U33 and suggestions on where I could get these
parts.
