That's Gary Brown. I've used him and he does excellent work. He rewound a Comet Pro power transformer for me and it works like a charm. The nice thing is that he rewound it for a 120V primary (instead of 110V) so I don't have to use a Variac or a bucking xformer.
Gary is also a good source for tubes and boatanchor parts. He's a nice guy, too.
