My old oil burner made some noise, if the electrodes weren't gapped
correctly it could be pretty noisy.

My new Weil Mclain gas boiler produces a bit of RFI but it's not real
noisy but at some point in its startup for heating, I get a lot of loud
raspy static on the AM radio. It only lasts for seconds to maybe half a
minute at times and then it's just plain ole annoying static.

What can I do to suppress all the RFI from the boiler?

BTW, did anyone get my post about WQEW 1560 being off air? Sent it on
2/20/15 but I never got my copy. Caught a handful of DX stations on this
frequency last week till last night but the new owner WFME AM is now on
air with 50K watts so any DXing 1560 will be very limited going forward.
