Hi Bob,

Late 1975 - I asked for overtime and worked a lot of extra hours and managed to have $700 saved up when the IMSAI became available in NJ.  Two buddies and myself bought 3 of them, thus allowing Williams Electronics in Edison to become an IMSAI dealer. (IMSAI had a 3 computer minimum purchase to become a dealer back then.)  I think Art ?? was the one we bought them from?  We were all members of the ACGNJ.

May I take a moment to at least put a few things to rest? The Place that Rob
and John T. was refering to was "William Electronic Supply". They remained
there until around 10-12 years ago. I had the oppertunity to work there for
about 5 months or so while I was a youngster! There was everything you could
imagine there! There was a change in ownwership towards the end but petered
out. Good memories!

P.S. I live about 1 mile from Green Brook Electronics. I go there when I
need something now. Otherwise, it's a good store.
