Thanks for the lead to ebaman.com and your contribution of the Gernsback manuals. They cost $5-10 in the 1930s when they were first issued and the Amazon prices suggest that they haven't lost much in value.
I'm not a big fan of creating another username and password to remember, so I encourage you to contact Pete Millett at info at tubebooks.org to add them to his nice online collection at http://www.tubebooks.org/index.html, which doesn't need a password, or David Gleason at david at americanradiohistory.com, who is often willing to pay for shipping to scan publications at his huge http://www.americanradiohistory.com/index.htm.
