Hello.  
My friend has a Zenith Trans Oceanic that needs repair.  I am willing to ship or deliver it from my home in Marlton, NJ, and pay for repair.

Can you recommend someone?  

None of the filaments light up.  Power cord is connected properly.  It apparently has been repaired at least once before, judging by what looks like some newer capacitors.
