Request: Non-working HF transmitter 

Hello: 

I'm still working on my 70cm tube linear project. 

Does anyone have a non-functional HF transmitter like 
a Heathkit, EICO or Hallicrafters novice transmitter? 

I don't need the tubes or any of the RF parts. 
I need a nice metal box with room and some controls/control openings. 
The transformer would be welcome. 

Just acquired a Johnson Viking novice transmitter but the 
layout is all wrong. In fact, the transmitter works quite well 
and i am not going to sacrifice it for this project. This is 
available for a trade if there are any interested parties... 

Lastly, sockets for the 2C39 are a challenge to come by. 
I have only two from a microwave amplifier. 
Anyone have 2C39 sockets to sell, trade or beg for?
