www.njarc.org is coming back online.

If you experience difficulty, it may be that you need to "refresh" your
browser (F5 key on a PC) or clear your cache. (You may be looking at an old
copy of the site stored locally in your computer.)

The DNS information (needed to identify the site) must propagate through
the network of nameserver computers around the world. This can take some
time, so if you find that you aren't able to access the site, try again
later. They say it can take up to 48 hours, although it is working fine for
me now.

from many of you during this problem!
