[NJARC] Schematic for Shell Electronics

I checked for a Sam's schematic, but Shell Electronics is not listed and 
the model number comes up as an Admiral TV.

Bring it to a club radio clinic, we should be able to help you 
troubleshoot it there.  Don't start swapping out components until you 
have a schematic or draw one out.  Something gets reconnected wrong and 
you'll have a bigger mess.
