Neatsfoot oil is actually a pure product, made from the feet of cattle.
The term cattle referred to a broader number of species than the bovines we
have come to understand as cattle. To differentiate the bovines, one used
to refer to "neat cattle".

The other products sound like neatsfoot oil plus additives.
Not sure I would put any of them on a speaker cone, but straight neatsfoot
oil is great on a horse harness. I might put it on a leather radio handle
to keep it supple.

FWIW,

RF
