You have until noon tomorrow to support the InfoAge "Save Our Dish"
campaign, so if you've been thinking about it, now is the time.
Contribute at http://bitly.com/save-our-dish
Also, NJARC is currently only $300 out of "first place" in this campaign.
If 30 of our members kicked in $10 apiece, it would serve nicely as a
testament to our appreciation.
Is a few hundred dollars a lot of money? Not by an order of magnitude
compared to what our future at InfoAge is worth.
At some point, we'll be moving our museum to much larger quarters on
campus. That substantial square footage, the roof, the electrical wiring
and plumbing will all be there for us through the serious magic of
financial support through grants. And part of qualifying for serious grant
money is pro-actively showing that we provide grass-roots support. An
enthusiastic NJARC embrace of activities like "Save Our Dish" is one factor
that can mean a lot when agencies with deep pockets decide whether or not
to support InfoAge.
So please consider making a token contribution (or more!) and help shape
the future of InfoAge and of our club there.
Thanks,
Dave Sica
