[NJARC] Kenwood Power Supply working again

A big thanks to those who took a look at the Kenwood Power Supply I brought 
 to our last meeting.  A particular thanks goes to Walt Heskes.  The  
problem was farther down the line actually.  The output Caps were bad  (all 3) 
and the 2 transistors that were suspect, were bad.  Green  Brook Electronics 
had just what I needed and now it is back working again.
