[NJARC] Tube socket adapters

Hi All,
I have at times wanted to access a tube pin for measurement or
non-destructive modification when the bottom of the socket was difficult or
impossible to get to.

I have accomplished this by wrapping thin wire around the pin(s) of the
tube I wanted to get to, and plugging the tube in.

In one instance, this got me access to the grid of a buffer amplifier in a
signal generator, allowing me to grid-block key it and use the generator as
a 1-watt transmitter.  It was a Northern Electric and was very stable on
28Mc.
