[NJARC] DX question

There is a station - WFIR - on 960 kHz out of Roanoke, VA. They have a construction permit to go to 10000 watts, though they currently are running 5000 watts. There format is news an talk radio.
WYSL - Sylvania, GA is a 1000 watt station running an oldies format.
Info is from the Nat'l radio club's 2013-14 AM radio log.
