[NJARC] Schematic needed Sparton 617

Thanks Al.  A few values are a little rough, but I'll get by.

The problem I have with png files (I've uploaded a couple to 
radiomuseum) is that they're basically black and white, not gray scale.  
This is fine if the original is good quality, but if there are any 
imperfections they are exaggerated.
