[NJARC] Who's on 1640?

Hi Ed, In the past I have found mostly Spanish, Asian (Edison, NJ) and 
perhaps a Radio Disney station in this part of the AM band. Today finds 
either Korean or Japanese, not sure which, on 1660am. Didn't hear a 
thin' on 1640 but found this:
