[NJARC] NJARC summer swap meet/Russian radio update

Colleague Roman Artemenko of the Moscow Polytechnic Musuem identifies
said radio as a Zvezda-54 (Star-54) 1954, the design copied from
French "Excelsior-52" (1952,
www.radiomuseum.org/r/snr_excelsior_52_1.html).  674,000 were made
from 1954-1959, the end of Stalin's era to the begining of
Khrushchev's. Its major aim was to lead in the supply of consumer
goods. "Very ordinary receiver - only its design was outstanding."  A
