[NJARC] What station is this?

Hi Ed,

 From the DX contest station list 
(http://www.njarc.ar88.net/Freq_list.pdf) I'm guessing WAQI in Miami.  
Wikipedia says they have a Spanish News/Talk format.  I'm too close to 
WOR to hear them here in Jersey City.
