If I had the room, I'd use two 6.3 volt transformers back-to-back, and
reduce the shock hazard.
Consider using an LM317 regulator to keep the A supply where you want it,
and zener diodes to control at least the C supply.
I assume you meant uF where you said pF. What's three zero's among friends?
