This seems to be a very misleading auction listing claiming "Bid online on over 100,000 items!"

Then in their description below, you can't find it on auction zip. I did finally after wasting 15 minutes of my time.

It turns out it's 50 radios and 1500 tubes.

Anyway you can see the items listed here ..... Some of the radios are shiny and look OK. Tubes look ordinary.

Thanks to everyone for the interest expressed in our auction of vintage radios and tubes. The auction begins tomorrow, June 14th, on Auction Zip ( http://www.auctionzip.com/ ). This is a Timed Auction, and the items will be available for bidding through and including Sunday, June 23rd. When you go to the website, look on the lefthand side; under the phrase "Bid online on over 100,000 items!" you will see 2 links, one to "View Live Auctions" and the other to "View Timed Auctions". Click on the "View Timed Auctions" link, which will take you to a listing of all open timed auctions. Another way to reach this page is to go to the dark blue bar under "Auction Zip" and click on "Online Bidding". You will need to scroll down the page (the auctions are listed in order by soonest to close; there are currently 10 auctions open that will close before ours). Look for Vintage Radio & Vacuum Tube Extravaganza! If you want to bid on anything you will need to be a registered bidder at Auction Zip. Please be certain the you read all of the terms of sale associated with this auction.

One thing I'd like to point out to you about a timed auction at Auction Zip that is different than timed auctions that you may have participated in at other sites: Sniping doesn't work here! While each lot includes a time when the auction will end, if there are any bids placed within 5 minutes of that time, the end time will be extended for 15 minutes. This will continue until there is no more bidding, and the high bid wins. (In other words, if someone places a bid 30 seconds before the end of the auction, you'll have 15 minutes to place another bid.)

We have an exclusive shipper for this auction. If, however, you are interested in picking up your merchandise, there will be a pick up day on Sunday, June 30th. Any winning bidders indicating that they want to pick up their merchandise will be provided with the address (in northeastern PA, north of Scranton) upon payment for their lots. Get together with your friends and make it a field trip; bid on that footed wooden cabinet radio you've always wanted, or how about a steel bodied Atwater Kent? Jump in the truck and bring along a couple of strong friends.

Again, we'd like to thank you for your interest in our auction. Good luck, and we hope everyone finds that special item that they've been looking for.
