>From something I read last week, I understand WOR is in dutch with the FCC for some reason regarding programming content & North Jersey news... I didn't get deep into it, and imagine it is affecting their radio as well as TV licenses... Might want to do a search...

I was up late last night.  I turned on the radio to WOR 710 at around 00:30 this morning.  Instead of WOR I heard a very strong, and obviously distant station, playing very lively Spanish music.  I was sure it was Cuba and went to the internet and in a short while I was streaming Radio Rebelde.  The streaming was delayed but it was obvious that it was the same programming as what was heard over the air.  I pulled the big switch at around 01:30 and WOR was still off the air.  With WOR off the air Cuba was really booming in.  I am very curious why WOR was off the air and for how long it was actually off.  I don't remember the station ever being off the air for any extended period of time.  Without the digital sidebands of WOR, WGN and WLW were received loud and clear.

Anyway, that is my story and I am sticking to it.
