Steve,
The CT of the power xfmr secondary is the most negative end of the power
supply. In this case, it's actually "below ground." So positive end of
that cap goes to ground, and negative to the tap.
The other electrolytics, connected to the end of the choke, have their
negative ends grounded to chassis.
Hummm, my schematic has two #101's. So I'm not going to use that as a
reference.
This whole scheme is to provide negative bias to the audio amp grids.
Don't feel too bad, it's an easy place to mess up.
