I sure would like to see postings by those "radio active" club members doing 
restoration...sorta progress reports...problems & solutions...etc etc...

It would be especially illuminating for us less experienced/ most challenged 
persons...

And...that info could be useful to others members...

Example: how do you know that your can of Deoxit with expiration date of 
2009 is still good January 2013?  ( are there possibly ( new? ) club members 
not knowing what this stuff is? )

Welllll....I called the technical folks at Caig...was told to spray it on 
white tissue paper...if you see "pink"...its good....also, told that 10 year 
old cans can be good as there is no way for water/air intrusion into sealed 
can....the "pink" is the contact cleaner...the "wet" is the liquid Naphta 
carrier...
