[NJARC] Philco "Antenna" impedance

I found the 116 antenna input impedance: 200 mmf capacitor on BC and a 400 
ohm resistor on SW.

I'm sure you'all know about this 'document'...it's how to align 'all'

Also..did some research on the "All Wave Aerial"...it's a 49 meter V dipole 
fed with twisted wire 50, 75 or 100 feet...INTO a coupler...P/N 
42-1095...whose construction details I could not find..just an image of the 
box.
