[NJARC] Looking for a digital oscilloscope

I've decided that it might be time to upgrade to a modest digital 'scope,
something like an HP 54600 or a Tek 410. Or ???  I'm not all that familiar
with what choices are out there, I just think it would be nice to be able
to measure signals using the cursor on the screen, which is not something
my beautiful and impressive Tektronix combination room heater / workbench
crusher or other analog scopes can do.

Anyone got anything they'd be looking to part with? (Please keep in mind
that I'm "thrifty"!)
