[NJARC] Saturday Auction at InfoAge

OK guys and gals, it's Show Time so we need a crew of volunteers for this event that brings in a lot of money for InfoAge and NJARC.
First, we have to set up the A section for the auction and then move the goods from where they are to the auction site.  If you have a van or pickup that could help, it's only a couple hundred yards but motor vehicles make it easier.  This will start Wednesday and if we get a good turn out it could done in one day.  If not we'll have to come back on Thursday and/or Friday to be sure that we are set up by Saturday.   Wednesday we start at about 10 AM and work until late afternoon.  If we need to come back Thursday or Friday I'll let you know on this site.
Saturday, John D. and Steve R. are clerking but they will need a break or two.  Marsha, Edith and Dave Snellman will handle check-in and cashiering.  We will need about 5 or 6 runners throughout the auction and I would like someone to come early at about 7 AM to guide parking.  Runners should be on-site by 9 AM for briefing, (you all want to check out the goods anyway).  If a few could get there by 8 AM, we need to have security around the tubes etc.
Should not need any help with food or coffee but will advise if the Country Kitchen caterers need help.
Expect that we should be done by about 2 PM.
