[NJARC] Notice number II Nov.9th Meeting Re-scheduled

Doesn't need to be a LONG meeting-Just something to say we "did"it. Have the meeting 10-11, NOT stopping the swapmeet,  but run it in the background: those who really want to get into it can join in, others can just enjoy from the sidelines shopping. No chairs, etc... Sort of like getting a briefing during chow in the military... I'm sure it could be arranged. Otherwise, I'dsay just can the November meeting if is going to be any later in the month,and just do the Christmas party.

Scott,

Rentingthe Parsippany hall costs a bundle, so even if
we could extend our time (for lots of $$)they probably
(in fact, usually) have another group lined up for
after 12, and we have to clean up our stuff and leave ontime.
Richard may have some other reasons too.

> Why not just schedule it to coincide with the Swap Meet at Parsippany? Say schedule it for 11AM...May help attendance for the meet, and also introduce prospective new members to the club! You could have the lectern on the stage, and use the PA system... It wouldn't be as quiet as normal, but, with a Show and Tell, it would certainly be a draw for the crowd! And maybe there would be a couple "swapmeet pick ups" which wold show up in the show and tell... Additionally, i would save having to arrange a TBD location... And would make for an interesting venue... Last, but not least, it would save everybody one trip this month!
