[NJARC] Heathkit A-7E Mono Amp

I am repairing a Heathkit A-7E mono amp with the following tube compliment:
                12SL7, 12SQ7GT, 12SN7GT, 2   12A6 ‘s with a 5Y3 recitifier
 
I am looking for a resistance table and voltage pinout table that typically in found in the build manual or a sam’s folder.
