[NJARC] How is everyone????

Here in Jackson, power began to be lost at around 5:00 PM. I was out  
running calls with the fire company, but left my front porch light on, so I  
would be able to see in passing when power went out. My power went out at about  
9:30 PM, and remained so until about 9:00 Thursday night. The extent of 
property  damage, was 2 large limbs from an old oak near the road, but nothing 
near the  house ,garage or shed thankfully. The town faired generally well, 
just a lot of  downed trees, limbs and of course lines. From the time of 
power loss, until the  return of power, I ran essentials on a 1959  Winco 
generator (Product of  the Zenith Radio Corp!). Most of our power is back now. An 
interesting note,  while most in the area have comcast phone, since FIOS 
has not made it here, I  remained with copper/DSL. Phone service continued 
with almost no interuption,  and of course, once the modem was powered, I may 
have been one of the only in  the area with internet service as well!  But 
all of this aside, I  will keep those who faired worse, and the shore towns, 
in my thoughts and  prayers. I was in Toms River on Tuesday, things did not 
look good.
