[NJARC] Gulf Radio School, as mentioned in the Broadcaster

My friend's father, William C, Wilkinson Jr. attended the aforementioned
Gulf Radio School in New Orleans in 1934.  Upon graduating and getting his
ticket he sailed the Atlantic and the Caribbean as a "Sparks".  Later he
sailed the Great Lakes on summer vacations at Purdue while he pursued a
degree in EE.  He joined RCA where he had a distinguished career as an
antenna engineer, finishing his career with the Astro division.  My
friend's middle name is Astro.
