[NJARC] club donation for armstrong plaque

	seems to be a rumor about a 1000.00 dollar donation to some
group
for a plaque about armstrong.how true?is the membership of njarc going
to have a vote?

	if the njarc board wants to donate cash it would be better spent
on the club museum
at infoage.
