[NJARC] Camp Evans article

If anyone who lives outside of NJ and would like a copy of Weird NJ #38, they 
can be found on eBay.  I just ordered a copy and also the issue about 
"Nightshade on the Passaic" which also sounds interesting.  Who knew that 
Agent Orange was made in Newark?

issue of "Weird N.J." magazine, number 38.

It includes an interview with camp director Fred Carl.
