[NJARC] universal schematic locator

There was some discussion on the Antique Radio Forum about this "malicious
website". Apparently there is no actuall threat, but the site owner is
unable to stop these messages from popping up.

I tried the link to the schematic locator site and got a message from my
Norton software indicating that the site contains malicious software that
can result in someone compromising my computer and stealing confidential
information.
