[NJARC] 87.9 ??

Hi Ray,

I am confused.

  I'm listening to WNYZ Pop music in Russian on 87.7.  Not actually an 
FM channel.

Now, the FCC data base, 
http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/fm-query-broadcast-station-search, shows 
only two stations on 87.9, Channel 200, both are in California.  I 
always thought 88.1 was the lowest FM channel.
