[NJARC] DXpedition Update

Gang,

Just a reminder the 2012 DXpediton is the activity for Friday night's 
meeting.  The main goal in to listen to radios on into the night.

We had some feed back from last year's event:  The meeting room, 9032A, 
is quite acoustically live.  So listening to "quiet radios," crystal 
sets, one tubers, etc, amid the din, is nearly impossible.  Please use  
headsets, rather than speakers, if possible.  Also, we will provide 
places in the Museum for quiet listening, and try to enforce sound 
discipline.  A number of the museum's radios will be online for your
edification.

Don't count out shortwave.  The sun spots are back, and we have 
appropriate antennas.
