[NJARC] Auction Help Needed

The NJARC/InfoAge auction is almost upon us and we need your help both this Saturday with the auction itself and also during the week to complete the set up.
This week, I will be at InfoAge on Tuesday from noon until 4 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM until evening.  I can use any help you can provide to move items from storage to the auction site, move tables and chairs and clean up in general.  We should be able to finish on Wednesday but if not then Thursday as well.  Call me if you can come or just show up.
Some of you have already signed up for Saturday duty but we need to have more volunteers involved.  We need at least two clerks, 5 runners, some help early on with parking, one or two for security during viewing and of course clean-up.  Food service is being catered so we do not have to handle that task.  You do not have to be there all day, I need a couple of people at about 7-7:30 AM to handle parking and early arrivals, I need one security guy before 8 AM, two sign-up clerks at 8 AM to register bidders, runners need to be available by 9:30 and a couple of recording clerks all day (one at a time to spell each other).  
This is a big fund raiser for NJARC and InfoAge, is highly advertised and we must do a good job in pulling it off.  If you have not already signed up, please let me know what you can do to help.
The doors open for viewing at 8 AM, the auction starts at 10 AM and should be completed by mid afternoon.  There will be no breaks in the auction.  385 lots are cataloged, if you do not have your list, get it at njarc.org.
