Star Ledger today has a long article about the Friends of Oldtime Radio convention this weekend at Ramada Plaza Hotel, Newark Airport.  This is their last convention due to the advancing age of most of the participants from the "Golden Age of Radio".  Information at: www.fotr.net.
The New York Times today lists the obit of Norman Corwin at age 101.  A producer and dramatist also from the "Golden Age of Radio".  I never heard of him but a list of the shows that he produced makes me want to see if we have them in our archives so I can go back to that time and listen to them.
