Are you speaking about PBS Channel 12, WHYY-TV, in Delaware?  Or is a local cable channel?  If cable, which company?  We have Comcast here in southern New Jersey.

   Received this from Kurt Channel 12 news.

Story will run this Wed.  It'll air beginning at 5:15 or so and at the same
time every hour through noon.  It will continue to air into the evening
hours, but I'm not sure of the exact times.
