[NJARC] Parsippany hamfest

The hamfest the Sunday before the NJARC swap meet in Parsipanny is at the
Senior Citizens Center on Eyland road, in Roxbury Twp just west (and off of)
NJ Rt 10 (Otherwise known as the Ledgewood area).

This is a good meet, has had a lot of vendors and good attendance each year.
This is the one that used to be at the same PAL building the NJARC uses, but
they moved over to Roxbury maybe four years ago.
