Sal,Vinnie,
I second what Sal mentioned that it may be "Electric radio"
magazine. "ER" Mag has a lot of articles that deal mainly with vintage
Amateur Radio gear, ie: transmitters, receivers, etc. It's a super
publication, but they have very limited articles about radios not
specifically related to Amateur Radio.

The only other publication I can think of is the AWA magazine. They deal
with all sorts of commercial broadcast sets, Amateur gear and associated
millieu.

Hope this helps and best regards.
