Hi Mike. Here's my update, feel free to share.

Had tests done - EKG Ultrasounds, and others, yesterday (Monday) and a
catheterization done today (Tuesday.)  Good news is there is no blockage in
the heart.  Lungs are good.  Gall Bladder is fine.
Found out I was suffering from the beginning stages of congestive heart
failure when I came in on Saturday.

So - I only need to find out the medication(s) I'll be taking and the diet
they will put me on and then I'll be able to come home.  Am feeling great at
this point.
