I saved and printed both pages pack to back without difficulty. Thanks ever so much.
 
If you would also send pages 99-100 and 101-102 I would be very grateful.
 
Ed Romney autographed this book for me in the early 90's when I bought it and ever since I have read it recurrently but never completely until recently when I discovered the missing pages.
 
I think he printed and bound his book himself or with a little help from friends and therefore understand how a few pages were missing.
