I am not a contributing person on this repeater.  I am not even a dues paying member of the NJARC.  I just learn from these emails.  I am putting my two cents in because I think that this particular issue has become a tempest in a teapot.  As an objective bystander who does not know the personalities involved, I feel that just from the words written here that John R was serious when he implied that John D's winnings were his compensation for speaking.  John R was just making a joke out of the coincidence of John D's winning the 50/50 and the fact he also made a presentation that night. 

I ask that you all lighten up and get back to some great discussions about radio.  Thanks for your time in this matter.  Out here.
