Does anyone know of anyone who can restore a early 40's Philco reord player/Radio combo?

i NJ Antique Radio Club Members.
 have this old radio that came from my wife's grandmothers home in Bayonne.
t does turn on but all I can get out of it is some crashes (the cloth over the 
peaker jumps) from the speaker, no stations. 
Can someone make use of it for a small donation. I offered it on Craigs list at 
85 ono here in the Philly area with no calls. Is it worth $60 to anyone? Make 
n offer.
If you are in the Cranford - Scotch Plains area or along Rte 22 to the west I 
ill even deliver it. We have family in that area of NJ.
