Further to the proposed display in Freehold, we have not decided on the radio displays yet but the theme is to be centered on the WWII era and just before it, say 1935 to 1946. They would like a lot of images to display so consider nice WWII ads showing servicemen and service related subjects. Also record album covers with appropriate related themes. A small display of a military comm center is planned with a morse code setup. We have plenty of telegraph keys and sounders but a sounder is not appropriate so something like a code practice oscillator would do and maybe a recorder playing morse traffic as a background. Just some preliminary ideas, the intent is to show what it was like at that time. They visited the RTM museum last Wednesday to get an idea of what we could do. More information to follow after another meeting next week in Freehold.
