Yes indeed.  Tell this to the girl who is lost at sea now in the Indian Ocean whose satellite communicator went bad.  Or just wait when the Martians invade Earth and take over the Internet.  Us hams will be here to save the day! ....   Now it's time to go back to see if I can find my meds.
