It would be helpful if we knew the model number!

Guys,
I'm trying to test some .2 mfd sprague new old stock capacitors with a
Heathkit capacitance tester. I don't have the instruction book so here are a
couple of questions. To measure leakage on a .2 mfd 600 volts cap, I set the
voltage to 600 and push the lever to leakage test. The eye tube has the open
V. Can I presume that the open V means no leakage? How long do I have to run
the leakage test to determine if the cap is leaky?
Thanks,
Phil V
