Hi Al,
Are you and Ray recruiting runners? If I don't have to work that day (and miss it!), I will be a runner.

OK, Lets see a show of hands!
Fortunately due to a good turn out of help this past Wednesday and especially hard work from our Mexican neighbor Domingo, all the auction items have been moved to the A Section so added help this coming Wednesday will not be needed. However, we will need a good turn out next Saturday for volunteers to be runners, traffic directors, guardians of the goods, etc. John Dilks and Steve Rosenfeld will handle clerking as they did very well last year. I expect that a couple of the ladies will be able to handle the check in process and they'll need some help during cash out.
We seem to have a food vendor lined up but something could come up at the last minute so keep your fingers crossed.
Viewing begins at 8:00 AM but experience tells me that we better have part of the crew ready by 7:30 AM to direct traffic, start check-in and watch the merchandise. We should have a full crew of at least a half dozen runners by 9:00 AM. I would expect the auction would last until mid afternoon. If you cannot be there all day, let me know what hours you can volunteer.
So send me your names and times you can be there please.
I could also use the loan of another desk top tape printing calculator.
Hopefully the snow Gods will have exhausted their supply of the white stuff this weekend and we'll have clear weather. Please note that all parking will be in the main parking lot, no parking on the grass as last year (we can't even see the grass). The side door to the A Section will be clear for the lunch truck and pick up of items only.
See you there, Ray
