[NJARC] Tubes for clinic

This 500C sounds like it's right up Sal's alley. I'll give him first crack at it.

Hey, I was thinking(!). I have these 8 ohm 20 watt non-inductive resistors that I should bring along. They would make a good "dummy load" for the 500C.
